Embattled Senator Leila de Lima on Thursday became a trending topic on social networking site Twitter, gaining supporters and haters amid a tiff with President Rodrigo Duterte.
On Twitter, Duterte's supporters pounded on the senator, who became Duterte’s nemesis when she headed the Commission on Human Rights and pursued a probe into the “Davao Death Squad” that was alleged to have been under Duterte's control.
